The 2016 Utah Restaurant Awards Dinner celebrates Utah’s restaurant industry leaders through a peer nominations process. Among those recognized are restaurant owners, supporting industries, notable vendors, exemplary employees, ProStart students and teachers, and new this year the Taste Utah Awards. The Utah Restaurant Association’s annual award ceremonies have highlighted food service professionals for the last 30 years and past winners are among the elite of restaurant professionals ranging from fast-casual to fine dine. Among those attending will include Utah ProStart students, restaurant owners, industry professionals and associated industries.
