Food Handlers Permit
If you work with food, Utah law requires you to hold a current Food Handler Permit. The ServSafe Food Handler Program provides clear, practical food safety training that meets state requirements and helps employees understand their role in preventing foodborne illness.
We also offer onsite ServSafe Food Handler training, making it easy for teams to complete certification together at your location. Onsite classes are scheduled by request—please contact our office to arrange an onsite session.

Food Handlers course and assessment is now available online through ServSafe. This course is honored by the Utah Health Department and all other state associations.

Remember all Food Handler Permits are valid for three years in the State of Utah.
